Our traditionally styled M155/106 - Panettone molds are made with a corrugated cardboard which enables the mold to perform as a free-standing mold that bakes evenly and has easy release characteristics. Our Panettone molds are oven safe up to 390°F, microwave and freezer safe, and grease resistant. The standard print features a brown background with gold floral print.
